Apply to drawer panel and door, can do 0~45° edging.
1.With straight and angular milling unit;
2.Double glue unit for stright face and angular face, angular glue unit can be adjustable to 0~45°;
3.Double press unit, sutiable for angular and straight edging;
4.Edge milling unit, can do banding and press,better to edging;
5.Heating unit, heating workpiece before press, make panel and edge more agglutinated.
6.With flat scraping and pneumatic buffing unit, take out of glue on panel and clean the edge, pneumatic control can make buffing effect better and extend the wheel's use life.
10 inch touch screen, smart temperature control: Can set the function of heat preservation, when the equipment is empty, automatically switch to the function state of shutdown.
Milling unit，cutter1 is used for straight edge milling, Cutter 2 is to saw and grind,options for 0-45 degree adjustable.
Scraping unit: Remove the tool lines on the surface of the edge strip after trimming, and scrape off the excess glue between the strip and the plate.
Pneumatic buffing unit： buffing with pneumatic control improves buffing quality, prolong the service life of the wheel

Flat Scraping unit, effectively scrap off the grains on the edge tape as well as the visible glue line
