1.Dual gantry in-sided machine, with total 92 drill bits(76V+16H), working together, intelligence and efficient;
2.Auto select different working mode according to workpiece size;
3.Feeding and outfeed roller speed sectional control, with buffer area, quickly positioning;
4.Standard with manual scan gun, scan label operating machine working. (Optional with auto scan camera);
5.Scan label to processing, with hole position display, processing status information, order data display, fault alarm, IO monitoring, drawing editing, manual operation debugging, parameter setting and other functions;
6.Optional with high precise panel width testing unit, avoid panel width error to cause different finished.
Machine body seat is whole structure welded by rectangular steel tube; Working area can achieve 2800mm*800mm
Feeding conveyor Use roller to feed panel; Feeding table size is 3300mm*1130mm.
Vacuum pump With Germany Becker air cool 129m3/h vacuum pump.
Optional with high precise panel width optical detection mechanism, avoid panel width error to cause wrong result.
Drill package layout Vertical:19*4=76; Horizontal:X 3*4=12 Y 2*2=4; Total 92 drill bits.
Outfeed conveyor Use roller to out feed panel; table size:3300mm*1130mm.
