Apply to many kinds of panel edge banding. With basic functions: pre-milling, gluing, end cutting, trimming, corner trimming, scraping, buffing function, it meets the basic needs panel edge banding.

Gluing&pressing unit:work piece conveys to the glueing device, gluing,and then conveys to the guilotine unit, cut the edge tape as needed,then, adhesive the panel and edge tape.
Double Gluing and Pressing System（with G model): Double gluing system, quick switching between dark and white improve production efficiency.
Rough and fine trim unit: Remove the upper and lower sides of the edge out of the upper and lower surfaces of the board.
Pre-milling unit: Using double milling tools,milling surface ripple and expansion material, edge bander effect is better. Milling surface size≥120mm.
Endcutting automatic lubrication system: Ensure the endcutting unit to run smoothly,and prolong service life of the part.
Endcutting unit: By precise straight line guide moving,cut off the end of the workpiece to ensure that the cutting surface is smooth and smooth.
Scraping unit: Effectively scrap off the grains on the edge tape as well as the visible glue line
