Apply to many kinds of plate edge.
1. Include pre-milling, gluing, end cutting, fine trimming, corner trimming, scraping, buffing function, can meet plate edging request.
2. Corner rounding: KDT patent, high precision, ensure the best edging effect and visual effect, can achieve for kinds of effect.
3. PLC control system: feeding speed is 15-23m/min.
4. Temperature control system, can control machine glue temperature by touch screen setting, save electric power.
5. Endcutting automatic lubrication system: ensure the endcutting unit to run smoothly, and prolong service life of the part.
10 inch touch screen, smart temperature control: Can set the function of heat preservation, when the equipment is empty, automatically switch to the function state of shutdown.
End cutting unit: Remove the superfluous edges.
Fine trimming unit: Remove the upper and lower sides of the edge out of the upper and lower surfaces of the board.
Gluing&pressing unit: work piece conveys to the gluing device, gluing, and then conveys to the guillotine unit, cut the edge tape as needed, then, adhesive the panel and edge tape.
Endcutting automatic lubrication system: Ensure the endcutting unit to run smoothly,and prolong service life of the part.
Corner trimming: The sealing side of the board are cut into circular arc, so that the edge of the board is more beautiful and smooth.
Scraping unit, effectively scrap off the grains on the edge tape as well as the visible glue line
