Pressing beam auto positioning,belt conveyor:make sure the stability of conveying board in high speed, protect the board ang conveying table from dust,improve efficiency and quality.
Double depositing unit, according to the requirements of machining workpiece, can switch two different sealing edges, reduce the time of replacing the sealing side, and improve the efficiency.
Fine trim unit: Used for repairing and removing excess sealing material from the edge of the plate. To ensure the smooth and smooth upper and lower parts of the trim panel.
Pre-milling unit: Large diameter diamond segment, motor power 3.7 kW, maximum pre-milling height is 40 mm (65 mm optional).Milling surface size≥120mm.
Double rail endcutting unit: Cut off the front and back edges fast, and the two saw blades together to achieve high precision and high efficiency.
The heating lamp unit, reducing energy consumption and production cost and improving the edge sealing effect.
Corner rounding: The sealing side of the board are cut into circular arc, so that the edge of the board is more beautiful and smooth, ensuring the perfect tactile and visual effect of the workpiece.
