Pre-milling unit: Large diameter diamond segment, motor power 3.7 kW, maximum pre-milling height is 40 mm (65 mm optional).Milling surface size≥120mm.
Double-rail end cutting unit, effectively cut off the edge tape from front to back, two saw blade works togather, to achieve a best accuracy and effeciency.
Heating lamp unit. heating when panels in , reduce the wasting rate and cost, improve the effect of edge banding
Corner rounding: The sealing side of the board are cut into circular arc, so that the edge of the board is more beautiful and smooth, ensuring the perfect tactile and visual effect of the workpiece.
