Gluing&pressing unit:work piece conveys to the glueing device, gluing,and then conveys to the guilotine unit, cut the edge tape as needed,then, adhesive the panel and edge tape.
Endcutting unit: By precise straight line guide moving,cut off the end of the workpiece to ensure that the cutting surface is smooth and smooth.
Scraping unit: Used for eliminating the ripple marks caused by the cutting process of trimming non-linear motion, making the upper and lower part of the plate more smooth and tidy.
Pre-milling unit: Large diameter diamond segment, motor power 3.7 kW, maximum pre-milling height is 40 mm (65 mm optional).Milling surface size≥120mm.

Fine trimming unit： Remove the upper and lower sides of the edge out of the upper and lower surfaces of the board.
Flat scraping unit: remove excess glue to improve edge banding quality.
