Gluing and pressing unit: work piece conveys to the glueing device, gluing,and then conveys to the guilotine unit, cut the edge tape as needed,then, adhesive the panel and edge tape.
Endcutting unit: By precise straight line guide moving,cut off the end of the workpiece to ensure that the cutting surface is smooth.
Scraping unit: effectively scrap off the tool mark on the edge tape as well as the visible glue line.
Pre-milling unit: Large diameter diamond segment, motor power 3.7 kW, maximum pre-milling height is 40 mm (65 mm optional).Milling surface size≥120mm.
Five-wheel press unit: Presssing the edge belt is more smooth and efficient; and it is more convenient for daily maintenance.
Rough，fine trimming unit（model A is double fine trimming）： Remove the upper and lower sides of the edge out of the upper and lower surfaces of the board.
Buffing unit: Remove the edges of the edge of the seal edge and the residual glue between the edge and the board, making the edges of the board more clean and smooth.
