Gluing&pressing unit:work piece conveys to the glueing device, gluing,and then conveys to the guilotine unit, cut the edge tape as needed,then, adhesive the panel and edge tape.
Endcutting unit: By precise straight line guide moving,cut off the end of the workpiece to ensure that the cutting surface is smooth.
Corner rounding unit： the sealing side of the board are cut into circular arc, so that the edge of the board is more beautiful and smooth.
Pre-milling unit: Large diameter diamond segment, motor power 3.7 kW, maximum pre-milling height is 40 mm (65 mm optional).Milling surface size≥120mm.
5 wheels pressing unit, pressing more strong; with scraper on wheel, fix glue stock problem, easy for maintance.
Fine trimming unit： Remove the upper and lower sides of the edge out of the upper and lower surfaces of the board.
