Detail Information
1. The pressure beam lifting adopts high precision double bar cylinder,special pneumatic control, reduce cylinder spare travel and improve cutting efficiency.
2. Saw carrier drive system adopts servo control and gear rack transmission, steady and rapid operation, can realize automatic positioning according to the different cutting width cutting stroke, reduce the travel time, improve work efficiency, maximum cutting speed can reach 95m/min and return 110m/min.
3. The working table is equipped with pneumatic floating ball mesa, which effectively prevents scratch on the board, and the board movement is more portable.
4. The gripper adopts the Swiss imported high precision reducer and gear rack, and the precision of the cutting plate can reach ± 0.1mm.
5. With flexible double finger structure, the minimum clamping size can achieve 34*45mm, and the number of grippers can be appropriately increased according to the needs of customers (option).
6. The main saw and the auxiliary saw adopt independent elevator control system, and the main saw can automatically adjust the rising height according to the cutting thickness to achieve the best sawing effect.
7. Based on the PC operating system, with full operation instructions and troubleshooting guidelines, it can be compatible with a variety of sawing optimization software, bar code management software and factory automation software.
